This gas blowback is not only an annoyance, but also makes it more difficult for the operator to breathe and see. B&T’s RBS (Reduced Back Pressure) 5.56/.223 Suppressor was designed to counter this problem by minimizing gas blowback as well as reducing fouling. The RBS suppressor utilizes a unique low-pressure chamber to absorb a considerable amount of the expanding gasses, which in turn decreases the back pressure. In addition, the RBS suppressor is equipped with a quick-detach fastener that is compatible with all flash hiders made to NATO A2 specifications.
